Day 1 Arrival in Yerevan and transfer to the hotel. 3 nights in Yerevan, Ani Plaza or similar hotel.
Day 2 Yerevan: Mother Armenia Monument, panorama of the city and Mount Ararat, Matenadaran Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, Cascade Complex, Opera House, Northern Avenue, Republic Square, Armenian Genocide Memorial, Shouka Market.
Day 3 Day trip to Khor Virab Monastery, Armenian Apostolic Cathedral in Echmiadzin and Zvartnots Temple, listed as UNESCO world heritage sites.
Day 4 Drive from Yerevan to Tbilisi with visits on the way: Garni Hellenistic Temple, Geghard Monastery, Lake Sevan, Sevanavank, Dilijan, Alaverdi, Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries. 3 nights in Tbilisi, Gallery Palace or similar hotel.
Day 5 Tbilisi and Mtskheta: Sameba Cathedral, Metekhi Church, sulphur baths in Abanotubani District, Narikala Fortress, Shardeni Street, Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica, Freedom Square, Rustaveli Avenue, Jvari Church, panorama of Mtskheta and the confluence of two rivers, Mtskheta Old Town and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.
Day 6 Day trip to the Caucasus Mountains: Ananuri Castle at Zhinvali Reservoir, Gudauri, Georgian Military Road, Cross Pass, Stephantsminda in Kazbegi District, Gergeti Church and the panoramic view of Mount Kazbek.
Day 7 Drive to Kakheti Region in the east of Georgia: town wall and watch towers in Sighnaghi, Bodbe Convent, Alazani Valley, view of the Greater Caucasus peaks, Khareba tunnel winery, Gremi Fortress and Old Town Quarter in Telavi. 2 nights in Telavi, Savaneti or similar hotel.
Day 8 Day trip around Kahteti Region: Telavi Food Market, Alaverdi Cathedral, Tsinandali Estate, Ikalto Academy and Shuamta Monastery.
Day 9 Drive from Telavi to Sheki with visits on the way: Lagodekhi, Albanian churches in Kish and Sheki, medieval fortress, the palace of khans, handicrafts workshops, mosques and the local bazaar. Sheki Palace or similar hotel in Sheki.
Day 10 Visit of Shamakhi on the way from Sheki to Baku: Juma Mosque, Yeddi Gumbaz Mausoleum and the Shirvan Shah's family graveyard. In Baku: walled Old City, Maiden Tower, Shirvanshah's Palace, Seaside Park, House of Government, Flame Towers. 2 nights in Baku, Qafkaz or similar hotel.
Day 11 Day trip around Baku: Gobustan National Park, listed as UNESCO world heritage site, Petroglyphs Museum, mud volcanoes in Gobustan Reserve, Ateshgah Zoroastrian Temple in Surakhany and burning natural gas at Yanardag Mountain.
Day 12 Transfer to the airport and return flight.
